How to install Radio TV PSJC?

Click on the saved APK file Radio TV PSJC.Since Android does not allow the installation of APKs from Unknown Sources, please do the following:
-> Open the file Radio TV PSJC .apk, there will be a message like this one:

How to install OBB file?
